{"id":5231,"date":"2016-03-30T11:38:51","date_gmt":"2016-03-30T11:38:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/new-haicorp.gr\/?p=5231"},"modified":"2025-02-27T08:36:36","modified_gmt":"2025-02-27T08:36:36","slug":"civil-en","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/haicorp.com\/en\/capabilities-solutions\/civil-en\/","title":{"rendered":"Civil Aviation"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 id=\"intro_text\">HAI is certified by the European Aviation Safety Agency (E.A.S.A.), through the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority (H.C.A.A.), as a &#8220;Part-145 Approved Maintenance Organization&#8221; capable to provide General Technical Services to Aircraft, Engines, System Components and Specialized Services.<\/h5>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-5119\" src=\"http:\/\/haicorp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/civil_top.jpg\" alt=\"civil top\" width=\"900\" height=\"599\" srcset=\"https:\/\/haicorp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/civil_top.jpg 900w, https:\/\/haicorp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/civil_top-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/haicorp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/civil_top-768x511.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Provided Services<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Airplane above 5700 kg (A1 &#8211; Rating)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Embraer 135 \/ 145 \/ Legacy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The maintenance capability of the above aircraft at Line and Base Maintenance Level includes all the installed components as well as the engines and the A.P.U.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Turbine Engines (B1 &#8211; Rating)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rolls Royce (Allison) 501-D22 \/ -D22A<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The capability of the above engine type includes provision of Repairs, Overhaul, Modifications and Testing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>System Components other than complete engines (C-Rating)&gt;<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-6 text-left\">\n<ul>\n<li>Electrical Power<\/li>\n<li>Equipment<\/li>\n<li>Engines &amp; A.P.U.<\/li>\n<li>Landing Gear (wheels and brakes)<\/li>\n<li>Oxygen<\/li>\n<li>Pneumatics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The capability of the above systems components includes Repairs, Overhaul, Modifications and Testing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specialized Services (D1 &#8211; Rating)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liquid Penetrant Testing<\/li>\n<li>Magnetic Particle Testing<\/li>\n<li>Radiographic Testing<\/li>\n<li>Ultrasonic Testing<\/li>\n<li>Eddy Current Testing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-6 text-left\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-5120\" style=\"margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 10px;\" src=\"http:\/\/haicorp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/civil_1.jpg\" alt=\"civil 1\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/haicorp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/civil_1.jpg 450w, https:\/\/haicorp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/civil_1-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The N.D.I. service can also be provided on site at the customer&#8217;s premises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other Services (without issue of EASA Form 1)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General Sheet Metal repairs under customer\/operator\u2019s PART 145 certification (in case all necessary capabilities exist) according to Manufacturer Manual.<\/li>\n<li>Weight and Balance of aircraft under customer\/operator\u2019s Continuing Airworthiness Exposition PART 1 \/ Procedures certification (Appendix V to AMC M.A.704, 1.12 Aircraft Weighting), in case manufacturing capability and proper equipment exists.<br \/>\nWeight and Balance is carried out under owner\/customer\/operator\u2019s responsibility and authorization. Necessary calibrated equipment may be provided by HAI upon contractual agreement.
