• Apply Human Factor principles
• Train the staff to be aware of Human Factors and set a continuous training program in this field
• Encourage personnel to report safety related errors/ incidents and ensures that no punitive action will results from such reports
• Ensure that safety standards are not reduced by commercial/operational imperatives
