A. SUBJECT OF THE MARKET RESEARCH
HELLENIC AEROSPACE INDUSTRY S.A. (HAI) is conducting a Market Research for the supply of aircraft training equipment – Airframe Kit, suitable for assembly and disassembly for educational purposes, at its facilities in Tanagra, Viotia.
The equipment covers teaching requirements such as:
• Mechanical processing, creation of construction drawings (CAD/CAM), assembly and maintenance of mechanical equipment, use of mechanical equipment, etc.
• Electrical and electronic circuit connections and troubleshooting electrical problems.
• Installation, calibration and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Assembly, riveting, rigging, cabling and maintenance work.
The additional features that should be included in this supply are indicatively the following:
• Long-term Equipment Use: Ideal for repetitive assembly/disassembly and maintenance tasks.
• Multiple Workgroups: Allows multiple teams to work simultaneously on interrelated tasks.
• Complete Documentation: Includes manuals and detailed technical drawings so that students can perform machining operations.
• Aeronautical Documentation: Accompanied by all records relating to the construction, operation and Airworthiness of the aircraft according to FAA.
• Ease of Repair: Components can be repaired or rebuilt in-house.
• Adaptability: the Equipment is suitable for use by students with different skill levels.
• Accompanying Tools: There should be the possibility of purchasing assembly tools in a second phase or methods and possibilities for their supply should be proposed (e.g. suppliers that provide the required tools for the specific aircraft kit)
• Significant Duration of Work: Offers approximately 600 or more man-hours of educational value.
The attached Annex A describes both the requirements and characteristics of the procurement as well as examples of technical specifications.
Important note: if the candidate company/supplier has similar or better technical characteristics, it may submit its offer as long as it clearly highlights any differences or proposals.
Annex B “Financial offer template” is attached.
The desired payment period for the relevant invoices is sixty (60) days from their receipt by the HAI S.A., and subject to the presentation of the payment documents provided for in article 200 of Law 4412/2016 .
B. SUBMISSION OF A BID
The HAI S.A. invites you to submit your offer, in accordance with the attached “Annex B – Financial Offer Template”, to the following email address:
HAI.RFQ.59@haicorp.com until: 07/06/2025, with the following indication: “SUPPLY OF TRAINING EQUIPMENT – AIRCRAFT KIT, 5430 – 2025- 05 – 433 / RFQ59 / 26 – 05 – 2025”.
